Semabytes Corp (“Semabytes”, “we”, “us”) provides software-as-a-service products including Sheetward and ARQemedes. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Account & contact data — name, email, workspace details you provide when you sign up or contact us.
- Product data — the content you create and store in our products (e.g. your records, spreadsheets, models). You control this data.
- Usage & device data — basic analytics and logs (pages visited, IP address, browser) to keep the service reliable and secure.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve our products.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests and product updates.
- To secure our services and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private product data to train shared AI models.
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR/UK-GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, consent (where required), and legal obligation.
4. Sharing & subprocessors
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. hosting, email delivery, analytics), under appropriate agreements. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
